All St John medical staff have:
- Direct access to the extensive resources of St John Ambulance. St John Ambulance has 160 regional sub centres, 29 metropolitan depots and more than 1,500 staff and volunteers spread across Western Australia.
- Direct access to the St John Ambulance State Operations Centre who take all the emergency triple zero (000) ambulance calls and has access to our emergency partners such as the Royal Flying Doctor service and RAC Rescue Helicopter.
- 24/7 direct phone access to a doctor if required
Importantly, all St John medical staff operate under St John’s Clinical Practice Guidelines which ensures that each patient receives the highest level of care and the best possible medical outcome.
